How a project runs

One page of process

Week one is questions: who you are, who you serve, what has to be true at launch. Week two is drafts — real ones, in the browser, not mood boards. From there we refine together until the launch date we agreed on in the first call.

You get one point of contact (the person doing the work), a shared checklist, and no surprises on the invoice.
